Short Biography

Julia Wein first studied business administration at the University of Swansea, Wales. Subsequently, Ms. Wein completed her master's degree at IRE|BS with a focus on real estate management and development as well as real estate investment and financing, graduating in 2018. 

Ms. Wein also gained relevant professional experience in the real estate sector at the project developer WECTUM wohnbau GmbH with activities in project management and at AIS Management GmbH in an advisory capacity. 

Ms. Wein has been working in real estate valuation and management consulting since the beginning of 2020 and has since also been active as an external doctoral candidate at the Competence Center for Sustainability in the Real Estate Industry.
