We will do our best to prepare your arrival and make sure that you will have a smooth start in Regensburg. We are looking forward to meeting you soon!
The International Office will send you detailed information about your arrival via email approximately 1-2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Please support us preparing your arrival by taking note of our official arrival days (see our fact sheet in the download section).
Important Information:
Students arriving in Regensburg before our official arrival days need to stay in a hostel/hotel for a few nights as the rooms in the dormitories are not available yet.
Students coming to Regensburg after our official arrival days might miss important information and appointments.

Which documents do you need to bring upon arrival?
♦ Passport/ ID
♦ Proof of health insurance:
- EU citizens: European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)
- Students from Turkey: AT-11 (if applicable)
♦ Tax Identification Number
♦ LAN cable: not all dorms have WIFI. Therefore, please make sure to bring a LAN (ethernet) cable
♦ Adapter (if applicable)
