• Online registration as doctoral candidate via Campusportal SPUR
  The online registration via the campus portal is necessary before you can apply for acceptance as a doctoral candidate at the faculty. Your personal data will be recorded there.

• Information on the processing of personal data relating to carrying out the doctoral process at Universität Regensburg (PDF)

• Application for Acceptance as a Doctoral Candidate (DOCX)
  Once the doctoral candidate and their supervisor are in agreement on a topic, the candidate must submit the "Application for Acceptance as a Doctoral Candidate" to the faculty administration.

• Supervision agreement (DOCX)
  The "Application for Acceptance as a Doctoral Candidate" must be accompanied by, i.a., a supervision agreement.

• Application for Admission to the Doctoral Process (DOCX)
  After the doctoral candidate has completed the doctoral thesis (so-called dissertation), he/she can submit the "Application for Admission to the Doctoral Process" to the faculty administration.

• Declaration of the part of authorship attributable to the candidate (DOCX)

  If the doctoral candidate is doing a cumulative doctorate (i.e., a paper-based doctorate), a declaration of the co-authors regarding the part of authorship attributable to the candidate must, i.a., be attached to the "Application for Admission to the Doctoral Process".
