Having been the focus of my doctoral thesis (‘Team learning in work teams in vocational education’), my key research interest is team learning. I focus on different team learning conditions, team learning behaviours and team learning products. Especially I focus on innovative work behaviour as team learning product. Moreover I focus temporal change and on differences in team learning, including differences caused by the domain, the types of teams, the team structure etc.
