Dr. Dominik Wagner

Dominik Wagner studied economics and business administration with a focus on finance and real estate at the University of Regensburg after successfully completing his apprenticeship as a banker. From April 2018 to September 2020, he was a research assistant /doctoral student at the Chair of Real Estate Finance and was awarded his doctorate in January 2021 with his thesis on "The Puzzle of Listed Real Estate Companies". Currently, Dr. Wagner is working for the Munich-based real estate development company "Optima-Aegidius-Firmengruppe" as a consultant to the board of directors. Mr. Wagner continues to work as a postdoc at the chair of Real Estate Finance.
