The Cluster Real Estate and Capital Markets focuses on analysis, optimization and
management of investments at international Real Estate and Capital Markets. Besides the investigation of functional and strategical aspects this also contains the securitisation of real estate loans and real estate investments, the quantification of yield and risk on real estate and securities markets as well as models within the context of asset allocation.

- Real Estate and Capital Market cycles
- Different forms of securitization of real estate investments
- The role of real estate in a mixed-asset-portfolio
