Andrea Reuss-Bradatanu studied International Business Administration (Int. Dipl.-Kffr. Univ.) at the Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nuremberg and a year at the École Supérieur des Etudes de Management Strasbourg. She focused her studies on International Management and Marketing together with Strategic Management.
During her studies she was oriented to Romania and realized a thesis on "market analysis and market potential of management consulting industry in Romania" at the Chair of Corporate Management by Prof. Dr. Hungenberg.
After graduating she worked in Romania for a multinational company in the marketing / PR and was responsible for internal and external communication in four Romanian plants of the company.
As a mother of two children and scholarship holder of the Hans Boeckler Foundation, Andrea Reuss-Bradatanu is external PhD student at the Chair of Prof. Steger and deals with the research area of human resource management in Romania.
