Chair of Leadership and Organization - Prof. Dr. Thomas Steger

Melanie Franke studied Business Administration (B.Sc.) with a focus on Value Chain Management at the University of Regensburg. She then completed the Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Murray State University, US and the Master of Business Administration (M.Sc.) at the University of Regensburg.

During that time, she worked as a research assistant at the Marketing & Career Service of the University of Regensburg.

Ms. Franke joined the Chair of Leadership and Organization (Prof. Dr. Thomas Steger) at the University of Regensburg in October 2022. She is part of the DFG project "Legitimacy-building and the performance of post-transition country firms in an advanced economy - a study of Polish subsidiaries in Germany", an international research project in cooperation with the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and the Poznań University of Economics and Business (https://gepris.dfg.de/gepris/projekt/465177433).
