Rebecca Fichtel, M.Sc.

Rebecca Fichtel successfully completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.Sc.) with a focus on Value Chain Management at the University of Regensburg. Subsequently, at the same institution, she achieved her Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Business Administration, specializing in Management & Leadership and Business IT.

Throughout her academic journey, Rebecca gained practical experience through various internships and part-time roles in sales and controlling. Additionally, she improved her skills and gained international exposure through professional and study-related engagements abroad, showcasing her versatility in diverse corporate environments. Her enduring membership in non-profit organizations highlights a dedicated passion for charitable causes.

Since September 1, 2023, Rebecca Fichtel has been contributing her expertise at the Chair of Leadership and Organization under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Thomas Steger at the University of Regensburg. In her role as a research assistant, she is currently conducting a case study investigation on the mechanisms and effects of employee stock ownership plans in German companies.
