Short Biography

Sangeeta Nar completed her bachelor's degree in International Business at HAW Landshut and the University of South Carolina Upstate and earned a double degree from both institutions.
 
After gathering several years of professional experience in the field of human resources at Draexlmaier Automotive of America in South Carolina, Sangeeta Nar began her master's studies in business administration at the University of Regensburg, which she completed in 2021 with a Master of Science with honors degree. Following her master's studies, she then gained work experience in management consulting at Detecon International GmbH in Munich, where she supported clients across industries in their digitalization efforts in the area of ERP and SAP Advisory.
From 2020 to 2021, Sangeeta Nar worked as a student assistant at the Chair of Technology and Innovation Management during her studies at the University of Regensburg, where she has been working again as a research assistant and doctoral candidate since April 2022.
