Software

Our lab is committed to free and open provision of scientific source code and data, both to make our research transparent and reproducible, and because we believe that scientific code and data are essentially public goods to which all researchers should contribute.

The two main software packages developed by the group includes

  • DHARMa - an R package for Residual Diagnostics for Hierarchical (Multi-Level / Mixed) Regression Models -> GitHub, CRAN
  • BayesianTools - an R package for the Bayesian calibration of process-based models -> GitHub, CRAN

Contributions to other software projects include

  • rLPJGUESS, an R package that wraps the LPJ-GUESS model -> GitHub
  • The Profound dataset for checking and benchmarking of dynamic vegetation models -> GitHub
  • 3PGN - A Fortran implementation of the 3PGN model for R -> GitHub
  • NUCOMBog - NUCOMBog: NUtrient Cycling and COMpetition Model Undisturbed Open Bog Ecosystems in a Temperate to Sub-Boreal Climate -> CRAN
