In addition, Universität Regensburg has ESdUR e.V, an alumni association made up of sections for individual fields, where alumni from disciplines which have not yet been represented by a specific alumni association can feel at home. The Mathematics Alumni Group would like to be a meeting place for alumni and students as well as for active and retired staff. We consider this exchange to be important in order to keep old friendships alive, to give professors and assistants an overview about the future development of students after they have graduated and to establish contacts between alumni, students and staff.
The Alumni Group Biology does not want to lose contact with the alumni either. For example, every year they meet at various events of the UR, such as the winter ball.
