Organization and Committees of the University of Regensburg

Universität Regensburg is managed by the members of the Executive Board. Other important bodies are the Senate, the Governing Board, the University Council and the Advisory Board. The deans of the twelve faculties belong to the Governing Board.

The students of Universität Regenburg are represented by the Student Parliament and the Student Speakers’ Council. Within the faculties and departments, the students are supported by the student councils.

Within the framework of the university elections, the student representatives in the Senate, in the Faculty Councils and in the Student Parliament are determined every year in June. In addition, every second year, Faculty Council and Senate elections take place for all members of the university.
