Applications must be submitted to the faculty office with all necessary documentation.

Please read the guidelines carefully and check in advance whether a contract for work and services is applicable in your case. In exceptional cases contracts for work and services with current employees of the University of Regensburg, the regulations of the law on secondary employment must be observed!

• Declaration of use of personal vehicles on field trips (PDF)
  the use of a personal vehicle for excursions is only possible in exceptional cases. In general, public transport is to be used for field trips.
• Report on use of funds (Verwendungsnachweis) (PDF)
  A report on use of funds must be submitted to the Dean's Office no later than six months after the field trip, along with all receipts/documents and a list of participants.

  Attention: From now on, an online registration via the campus portal is necessary before you can register at the faculty. Your personal data will be recorded there.

• Application for acceptance as a doctoral student (PDF)
  Once the doctoral candidate and their supervisor are in agreement on a topic, the candidate must submit the Application for Acceptance as Doctoral Candidate to the Faculty Administration.

Since habilitation procedures must always be decided by the Faculty Council, the necessary documents must be submitted to the Faculty Administration no later than two weeks before the meeting of the Faculty Council.
