Degree Programs

The Faculty of Languages, Literatures and Cultures currently offers the following degree programs:


Bachelor's degree programs:

The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) is the foundational academic degree in the humanities. At the University of Regensburg, most humanities subjects are part of a combined degree program. Additionally, there are some Bachelor of Arts programs where students focus on a single subject.

Combinatorial Bachelor's Degree

In the Combinatorial Bachelor's degree program, you can study one major subject (90 ECTS) along with a second major subject (60 ECTS) or choose two minor subjects (30 ECTS each). The program also includes the Bachelor's thesis (10 ECTS) and a free elective subject (20 ECTS).

Single Subject Bachelor's Degree
