Short biography
Mathis received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in management information systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik) at the University of Regensburg. His major field of study was IT security. He was able to substantiate this focus not only from a research point of view but through several internships also from a practical point of view. Before the studies, he had already completed an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist with Vodafone Germany. Since 2023, he has been a Research Assistant pursuing a Ph.D. with the Chair of Information Systems I, University of Regensburg.
