| Hanna Debus holds a master’s degree in Biomedical Technologies from the University of Tuebingen. In her master’s thesis, Hanna studied the handling of complaints in health-related technology. Since 2021, she started working for Siemens Healthineers and as an external doctoral candidate in the group of Prof. Kraus. In her research, Hanna studies prediction models for customer satisfaction. Here, she makes use of state-of-the-art machine learning models to estimate the impact of product changes on customer feedback and service activities. |
