Conference flyer

Here you can download the conference flyer that contains a survey of the conference programme and a map of the venue. You will get a printed copy of the flyer at the registration desk.

Open meeting

Please check the online program to re-confirm the day, time, and room of the session you have been allocated to. Please check the program regularly for the rare case of a last-minute change.

All seminar rooms are equipped with a projector to which you can connect your own laptop with a standard HDMI cable, which you find in each room. Laptops/PCs are NOT installed in the seminar rooms. Please make sure your device can connect to HDMI.

A limited number of laptops can be borrowed at the registration desk. If you want to use this service, please notify the staff at the registration desk as early as possible and indicate in which block (A-G) you are presenting. This service is free, but you will be asked to leave your ID card or a similar document as a deposit.

Getting around Regensburg

Local transport is by bus, the bus stop for the conference venue is “Universität”. I recommend to download the RVV-App from www.rvv.de/app. After registration, you can buy tickets from the app and pay via PayPal, credit card, or direct debit.

WLAN

Apart from using eduroam, you can use @BayernWLAN without registration for free.

Hotel reservations

Hotel rooms across different categories are available at reduced rates for conference participants. Please make your reservations directly at tagen-in-regensburg.com/vfs23/. Note that the reduced rates only apply for reservations until 11 August 2023.
