Content

Basic concepts and techniques of Management and Entrepreneurship are offered in this course. Main questions are "What is management?", "Which functions have to be fulfilled by an effective management?", "Which methods and instruments exist?". Relevant management aspects concerning the foundation and the growth of start-ups are discussed in detail. Students are working out business plans based on their product or service ideas.
