Master Bioinformatic

Master Module Bioinformatics

In the master module Bioinformatics the lectures and seminars can be selected from the following list.
In the theoretical module BIO-M-TM-CB 2 lectures and one seminar are required. Finally, the module is graded with an oral examination.

The practical module BIO-M-PM-CB consists of a 6-week internship, which can be completed as a block or spread over the semester (depending on the chair).

For further questions contact Till Rudack.

Event overview:

Winter semester

Additional qualification courses

See also the IT-courses shown in the university course catalog under "Courses open to students from all faculties" and "Study-accompanying IT-training (SITA)".

There you will find some additional courses like programming courses (python or R) which would be very helpful to successfully complete the master modul bioinformatic.
