The Flor laboratory works on the role of Metabotropic Glutamate Receptors (mGluRs, the G protein-coupled receptors for the mammalian main excitatory neurotransmitter L-glutamate) in conditions related to Chronic Stress, such as Anxiety, Depression and Substance Abuse.
