Norbert Eichner

Norbert studied technical healthcare and biotechnology at the university of applied science in Giessen. Since joining the dept. of BIOCHEMISTY I in 1996 he is teaching students in practical classes. In the group of Prof. Meister he is involved mainly in next generation sequencing (especially miRNAseq), IT-administration and general maintenance. Among other things he operates the MiSeq sequencer and manages the Tapestation capillary electrophoresis system.
