The info centre for students is the central contact point for students regarding university IT problems:
- How do I get a new password for my CC Account?
- How do I connect with the wifi (StudiWLAN, eduroam, BayernWLAN)?
- How do I use the computer rooms?
- How can I print and copy at the university?
- Which software is available for me as a student?
We will give you the answers to all of your questions!
How to find us
The info centre (Infostand) is located on the ground floor of the computer centre building (right next to the pond on the university campus).
For employees
Workgroup manager
Your workgroup manager will help you with all IT issues. You will find the office hours on the workgroup manager list.
IT support+
Our IT-Support+ is a special but fee-based offer for you. Our Servicedesk team will help you to solve your individual IT problem from beginning to end, if required also on-site.
